Patcharin, also known as "Erng," is an experienced professional with over six years of involvement in the clean energy sector across Asia. Currently, she serves as the Director of People and Skills at ACE Partners, concentrating on enhancing organizational efficiency and team development.

Erng holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Communications from Ubon Ratchathani University, which has improved her communication skills. She further developed her leadership abilities through the Young Southeast Asian Leader Initiatives (YSEALI) program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Based in Bangkok, Thailand, Erng utilizes her cultural insights and regional expertise to promote clean energy initiatives in Asia. Since 2017, she has played a crucial role in supporting the Asia Clean Energy Forum (ACEF), organized annually by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Her leadership ensures smooth event execution, facilitating connections with stakeholders, industry leaders, and policymakers to drive innovative solutions for a sustainable energy future.
