Patcharin, also known as "Erng," is an accomplished professional with over six years of experience supporting communications and research in the clean energy sector across Asia. Currently, she holds a prominent position at ACE Partners, leading operations and human resources with a focus on ensuring organizational efficiency and a thriving team.

Erng earned her Bachelor's degree in English and Communications from Ubon Ratchathani University, equipping her with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of effective messaging. She further developed her leadership capabilities through participation in the Young Southeast Asian Leader Initiatives (YSEALI) program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Based in Bangkok, Thailand, Erng's work benefits from valuable cultural insights and regional expertise, contributing to the advancement of clean energy initiatives throughout Asia. Notably, since 2017, she has played a pivotal role in the operations team supporting the prestigious Asia Clean Energy Forum (ACEF), organized annually by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Her adept leadership ensures the event's seamless execution, encompassing logistics coordination, participant engagement, and more. Through her involvement in ACEF, Erng has established meaningful connections with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and policymakers, enriching the clean energy discourse and driving innovative solutions for a sustainable energy future.
