Ayesa Mira Lemence
Communications and Outreach Manager

Aya leads corporate communications for ACE Partners. She develops and implements communication strategies and materials aligned with client goals and organizational objectives. She also collaborates with the Knowledge and Engagement team to fill knowledge gaps and widen the organization's reach.

Since 2014, Aya has dedicated her career to using communication for social and environmental causes, including conservation, climate change, health, and gender. Her previous work at the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), UN-Habitat, Commission on Population and Development, and CARE Climate Justice Center has honed her skills in marketing and fundraising, knowledge management, e-learning, community management, digital media, and event coordination. 

 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and a Master of Arts degree in Development Studies and was a recipient of the New Zealand ASEAN Scholarship. Beyond work, Aya has a keen interest in travel and theater. She is based in Metro Manila.
