Ralph Justice Apita
Research Associate

Ralph is experienced in technical assessment of national policy review after his affiliation as a Senior Research Engineer with the University of the Philippines National Engineering Center, which was instituted by the Climate Change Commission in crafting climate-related energy policies. Thereafter, Ralph is involved in the development of sectoral energy demand models for the Philippines and evaluates possible energy scenarios at regional capacity expansion and its implication on the country’s economic and climate goals. 

 

Prior with his involvement in Asia Clean Energy Partners, Ralph was a faculty in undergraduate electrical, energy, and research courses concentrating on his expertise in data analytics, operations research, energy systems modelling, and systems evaluation.

Ralph has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Xavier University and pursues his master’s degree in Energy Engineering from the University of the Philippines - Diliman. He is currently based in Manila, Philippines.
